What type of warranty does the products have?

Both the granite and the Hunter cabinets come with a standard two year warranty. This warranty covers all materials included in the island and is based on the customer adhering to the maintenance and cleaning guide supplied with each delivery. The warranty on the barbecue varies depending on manufacturer and ranges from twelve months – ten years. All gas connections also vary on manufacturer but generally are twelve months.

How do i make a warranty claim?

Should there be an issue with faulty material or workmanship on any part of the assembly, including barbecue or gas connections Hunter should be contacted immediately on our 1300 486 800 or alternatively by email on sales@hunterbbq.com.au. Our customer service will take the details and manage the replacement or repair of the problem.

How do I place an order?

After the design of the island has been finalised and you have received a quote,  you can contact our customer service on 1300 486 800, leave a 20% deposit via credit card or direct deposit  which will then  confirm `the order.

What type of payments do you accept?

Credit Card or Direct Deposit are standard forms of payment unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick up is available. Factory and head office is located in Eastern Creek Sydney.

Is my order insured if being delivered by courier?

The delivery of the island safely to the agreed address is the responsibility of Hunter BBQ Islands unless you choose to use your own freight company.

Can I purchase my own barbecue?

Yes, if you already have a barbecue or if you prefer a different barbecue then the models we offer as standard, we are able to make custom cabinets to suit. Please note that customised cabinets will attract a premium as we will need to design as well as manufacture. This may also affect  the standard lead time.

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

In city and metro areas 3-4 weeks.  Regional areas would need to be quoted on a case by case basis.

Do you Ship and install your products out of Sydney?

We are able to install in the following metro areas:

• Sydney
• Canberra
• Melbourne
• Brisbane
• Perth

Other areas will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. Hunter can project manage an installation from Sydney by corresponding with owners, tradespeople or builders.
